Overall, as of 31/12/2021 the number of employees of the subsidiaries and subsidiary companies directly owned by Socesfin and by the controlled Subholding Companies (Paoletti Ambiente and Paoletti Agro) and affiliated companies (Solmar Group) totalled 2442 units divided between Europe, South America and North Africa. In the Group’s vision, human capital, its experience, humanity, and professionalism represent the distinctive element and the one that most determines the quality of the products and services provided on a daily basis. In fact, our collaborators are those who guarantee the long life of our companies and the added value that most characterises us on the market. The processes of selection and management of human resources are applied by the companies belonging to the Paoletti Group following the principles of meritocracy, fairness, and transparency, without distinction of sex, age, nationality, ethnic origin, religious belief, and sexual orientation. Safeguarding the integrity and wellbeing of employees by the Paoletti Group represents one of the primary objectives in the organisation and management of its activities, an objective that is pursued through four main guidelines such as continuous monitoring of the relevant legislation; ongoing training of employees; the development and implementation of a management system for the collection, analysis, classification, and management of preventive and corrective actions in the event of accidents, injuries, and unsafe behaviour; health surveillance.

By adopting a series of management systems capable of controlling company processes for the purpose of protecting the health and safety of workers in the workplace, the aim was to spread, at all levels, the culture of safety as an asset to be preserved and encouraged. Also thanks to the expansion of the company scope, training activities for all professional families have intensified at all company sites, with particular regard to travelling personnel and personnel engaged in environmental cleaning services.
