On the basis of this organisational approach, Con.Ge.S. was born, the consortium of the Group which, by concentrating and optimising the various activities of its personnel (purchasing, human resources, quality, IT, legal, management control, marketing, administrative services, administrative office) redistributes them among the various companies, representing a synergistic value that translates into the generation of optimisations, both in terms of efficiency and effectiveness.
